苏云金杆菌防治棉花红铃虫的研究

摘    要:室内测定苏云金杆菌对红铃虫有很高毒力,LC50为6.17—16微克/毫升。1983—1985年用工业菌剂田间试验,使铃害减少42—53%,含虫量下降24.1—95%,平均56.1%,用菌剂加少量杀灭菊酯混用有明显增效作用,防治第二,三代红铃虫效果可达70~95%,皮棉增产21—35%。防治第二代后,对第三代发生为害有较好的控制效果。

Abstract:The LC 50 of 60 strains of B.thuringiensis to pink bollworm, Pectinophora qosavpiella was determined by laboraatory bioasaay conducted during 1983-1985 in Wuhan as ranging from 6.17-16mg/ml. Field application of the commercial formulations of Bt 140 (var. wuhanensis). Bt 18 (var. morrisoni). SB-2 (var. kurstaki) produced 42-53% reduction of the infested cotton bolls, while the number of larvae in the bolls reduced 56.1% (ranging 24.1-95%). Use of Bt mixed with a amall volume of Sumicidin (fluvali-nate) resulted in 70-95% control of the second and third generations of pink bollworm, and 21-35% increase of lint yield. Thus, use of Bt with amall volume of fluvalinate is suggested for the control of P.gosavpiella in the region.
