| 摘 要： | 阐述了一种负反馈宽带高频放大器的设计方法,给出了采用BFR93构成的宽带放大器的仿真实现 结果和实测值。结果表明,在20-500MHz的频率范围内,该放大器具有10dB的平坦增益和良好的输入 输出匹配性能。

| Abstract: | A method for design a negative feedback wideband HF amplifier is introduced. The simulated result and measured value of the wideband amplifier are described by u-sing BFR93. The result shows that within the range of 20MHz to 500MHz of frequency, the amplifier has 10 db smooth gain and good matching performance of input and output. |
