| 摘 要： | 建立了豇豆两种种传病毒豇豆花叶病毒(CPMV)和黑眼豇豆花叶病毒(BlCMV)RT-Realtime PCR检测方法以及双重RT-Realtime PCR检测方法。在此基础上,根据免疫学抗原抗体特异性吸附的特点,建立了CPMV和BlCMV免疫捕获反转录荧光定量(IC-RT-Realtime)PCR检测方法以及双重IC-RT-Realtime PCR检测方法。该单重及双重IC-RT-Real-time PCR检测方法具有灵敏度高、特异性强和稳定性好等优点,适用于豆类种苗中对CPMV和BlCMV的检测。 |
