| 摘 要： | 对安徽省历年的耕地面积以及第一产业从业人员数量的变化情况进行了分析预测,并对耕地面积所需要的劳动力数量以及剩余劳动力的动态数量进行了测算,在此基础上提出了一些引导剩余劳动力合理转移的政策建议。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the variety and the first industry employee quantity of Anhui province in recent years were analyzed and estimated. The ratio of the labor power quantity of effective demands and the dynamic quantity of the surplus labor power to the farmland area were calculated. The suggestion on the policy resulting in surplus labor power for the reasonable transfer was put forward. |
