甜瓜不同品种叶片中抗病成分含量的测定与分析

摘    要:选用15个抗、感白粉病的甜瓜品种,在苗期测定叶片蜡质、类黄酮、总酚含量和POD活性,分析抗病相关指标与品种抗病性的关系.结果表明:不同甜瓜品种叶片中蜡质、类黄酮、总酚含量和POD活性有较大的差异.蜡质含量和POD活性高的品种总体抗性较强,但有例外;类黄酮和总酚的含量在抗病和感病品种间很难找出规律性;单项指标的高低与抗病性的相关性不强,而多项指标的高低可能与品种的抗性有关.就单一成分来看,多数抗病品种,如‘Seminol’、‘Edisto47’、‘PI414732’、‘PMR-45’等蜡质含量较高,而野生甜瓜‘PI124112’抗性很强,但蜡质含量很低;感病品种的蜡质含量不一定低,如‘皇后’蜡质含量很低,而‘黄河蜜3号’蜡质含量却较高;抗病品种‘WMR-29’的POD活性极高,‘Seminol’和‘PI414732’的POD活性也相对较高,而抗病品种‘Edisto47’POD活性较低,感病品种‘皇后’的POD活性较高;亲缘关系相近的品种之间抗性指标的比较可能规律性更强.

Abstract:Selected 15 varieties of melon,determined the contents of waxy,flavonoids,total phenols and POD activity in leaves,made the analysis of relationship between former 4 index and disease resistance.The result showed that the contents of waxy,flavonoids,total phenols and POD activities in melon varieties had significant difference.The melon varieties with high waxy content and POD activity had disease resistance generally,there were also exceptions.The content of flavonoids and total phenols,it is hard to find the principal between varieties.The correlation between disease resistance and single index was not significant,but it was significant possibly in multi index.Most of varieties with disease resistance such as Seminol,Edisto47,PI414732,PMR-45 etc,but disease resistance of PI124112 with low content of waxy showed strong.The varieties with no disease resistance had uncertain content of waxy,Queen with low content,Huanghemi-3 was adverse.There were also exceptions with different varieties.The WMR-29,Seminol and PI414732 had high activity.The Edisto47 was adverse,Queen had high activity.There was stronger principal of index among the varieties with close affinity possibly.
