陕西理工学院图书馆馆员工作满意度的评价与分析

摘    要:通过对陕西理工学院图书馆馆员的问卷调查,利用数理统计的方法对馆员的满意度进行定量分析并做出评价,调查得出,馆员满意度情况总体一般,外源性指标的负面影响较大,年轻、高学历、低职称的馆员的职业期望得不到很好的满足,员工的自我感觉与读者满意之间形成矛盾。为馆员提供公平的待遇、良好的工作环境、为年轻馆员提供良好的职业发展空间、从整体上提高员工的工作能力和综合素质,是提高馆员工作满意度的重要措施。

Abstract:Through the survey of the Librarians,the paper has analyzed the degree of satisfaction of the librarians using the mathematics statistics.According to the survey,the author of this paper has thought that the degree of the satisfaction is generally good,negative influence of exogenous factors is greater.Occupation expectation of young,high diploma and low title librarian can not be meted,the self feeling of work contradict with reader satisfaction.To provide just wage,good working environment,to provide development spatial to young librarian,to promote work ability and diathesis,are the important measures to promote work satisfaction of librarian.
