蒙杞1号嫩枝扦插繁殖育苗技术试验

本试验以枸杞新品种“蒙杞1号”为试验材料，研究了不同的温度、湿度环境条件下其嫩枝扦插成活率、生根数量、生长状况等指标，试验结果表明：温、湿度直接影响嫩枝扦插成活率、生根数量及生长状况，温度过高或过低都不利于其成活，蒙杞1号枸杞嫩枝扦插时温室的温度应最好控制在30℃以下，最适育苗湿度为90％-95％左右，最低湿度不能低于80％。

Softwood Cutting Propagation Technique on Wolfberry Mengqi 1

Survival rate , propagation rooting rate and growth condition of Wolfberry＇ Mengqi 1 ＇ on different temperature and humidity of propagation greenhouse were studied. The results were as follows ： temperature of propagation greenhouse have direct effect on propagation rooting rate of Wolfberry＇ Mengqi 1 ＇ , higher or lowwer temperature would lower survival rate. The optimum environment for softwood cutting propagation of Wolfberry＂ Mengqi 1 ＂were temperature around 30~C, humidity of propagation greenhouse have direct effect on propagation rooting rate of Wolfberry＂ Mengqi 1 ＂. With the humidity declined, survival rate, propagation rooting rate declined too, optimum humidity range was 90% -95%, the minimum humidity couldn＇t lower than 80%.
