烯效唑处理对火棘幼苗光合特性及生长的影响

摘    要:于2005年研究了不同浓度(5、10、20、30 mg/L)烯效唑处理对火棘幼苗光合特性及生长的影响。结果表明,随着烯效唑浓度的增加,火棘幼苗叶片中叶绿素a和b以及总叶绿素含量都明显增加。烯效唑处理的火棘幼苗叶片的净光合速率明显增高,不同浓度间存在一定的差异,以20 mg/L处理为最高。同时经烯效唑处理后火棘幼苗新梢长度降低,而根茎粗度、主根长度和侧根数量都有所增加。证明了烯效唑具有明显的促根壮苗作用,其中以20 mg/L烯效唑溶液处理的效果最好。

Abstract:The field tests with different concentration(5,10,20,30 mg/L)of uniconazole(S-3307) in 2005 showed that the chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b and total chlorophyll content in the leaves of seedling of Pyracantha fortuneana obviously increased with the increment of S-3307 concentration.The net photosynthesis rate increased remarkably in the leaves of seedling of Pyracantha fortuneana treated by S-3307,and there was some differences among different concentration,with the treatment at 20 mg/L being highest.S-3307 treatment reduced the length of new shoot of the seedling and enhanced the diameter of root and stem,length of main root and number of lateral root,indicating that S-3307 had obvious action of promoting root and strengthened seedling and S-3307 treatment at 20 mg/L could get best effect.
