农民多样化创收培训模式的建立与运行

摘    要:文章以国际援助项目中农民多样化创收培训实践为背景,对农民多样化创收培训过程和多样化创收培训模式的实施效果进行了总结和分析。作者认为,做好以农民增收为目标的农民培训,首先应该重视农村培训师的能力建设,注重农民培训所带来的农村人力资源开发和农村人力资本的提升效果。开展农村培训师培训,在此基础上加强农民培训需求分析和农民培训效果评价,是加强农村科技推广培训管理和提高农民培训质量的关键环节。

Abstract:Based on the study of the farmer enterprise training in the international aid project, the farmer enterprise training process and its results were reviewed and discussed in the paper. The key points of the training paradigm are as following: (1) to initiate the farmer training innovation by rural training of trainers; (2) to strengthen training need analysis in rural training and (3) to carry out effective training evaluation. All of the steps in the training paradigm are important for rural human resource development and improvement of rural extension and training management.
