杉木胶合板热压工艺研究

摘    要:采用涂胶量、热压温度、热压压力、加压时间等4因素3水平的L9(34)正交试验,探讨以杉木间伐材和非规格材为原料制作杉木胶合板的热压工艺。结果表明:采用涂胶量280 g.m-2、热压温度125℃、热压压力1.0 MPa、热压时间1 m in.mm-1,制作出的杉木胶合板胶合强度达到GB/T 9846-2004中Ⅱ类胶合板的指标要求。

Abstract:Hot-pressing technology of plywood maked use of non-specification or thinning wood of Chinese Fir had been studied.The results showed optimum hot-pressing technology was as follows: glue spreading amount of 280 g/m2,hot-pressing temperature of 125 ℃,the hot-pressing pressure of 1.0MPa,pressure time of 1min per millimeter in board thickness,the glue bond strength of the plywood maked in this way could met the standard for class Ⅱ plywood in GB/T 9846-2004.
