摘    要:以梨采后病原菌链格孢菌(Alternaria alternata)、镰刀菌(Fusarlum poae)、毛霉菌(Mucoraceae racemosus)为靶标菌,从各种水果和叶片表面分离到89株细菌;通过平板对峙试验,筛选出对梨链格孢菌有拮抗作用的细菌10株,占菌株总数的11.2%;对梨镰刀菌有抑制作用的细菌15株,占菌株总数的16.9%;对梨毛霉菌有抑制作用的细菌11株,占菌株总数的12.4%。按抑菌率的大小,将拮抗菌分为强、中、弱3类;对3种病原菌均有很好抑制作用的是HM3和XY1。

Abstract:Three post-harvest fungal pathogens of pear Alternaria alternata,Fusarlum poae and Mucoraceae racemosus as target,89 bacterial isolates were obtained from various fruits and foliar surfaces.Through plate-crossing experiments,we identified 10 antagonistic strains inhibitory to Alternaria alternata,15 antagonistic strains inhibitory to Fusarlum poae,and 11 antagonistic strains inhibitory to Mucoraceae racemosus,accounting for 11.2%,16.9% and 12.4% of the total isolates respectively.These antagonistic strains were divided into three groups of strong,medium and weak,based on their inhibitory rates.Among them,isolates HM3 and XY1 showed high inhibitory effect against all three target pathogenic fungi.
