| 摘 要： | 利用不同的扦插基质、不同的生长调节剂 (α- NAA、IBA)对米邦塔食用仙人掌进行了扦插比较实验 ,通过实验可知高浓度 (30 0～ 5 0 0 mg· L- 1 )的生长调节剂对根数的增多有显著作用 ,用草炭与珍珠岩混合物作基质进行扦插产生的根系最长

| Abstract: | Effects of media and plant growth regulators on the cutting of edible cactus were investigated.The results of the experiments suggested that the numbers of root increased significantly,when palm-shaped stems were dipped in plant growth regulators with higher concentrations (300～500 mg·L -1);and the appropriate medium was the mixture of peat and perlite,in which the root were longest. |
