模拟酸雨对盆栽广玉兰幼苗叶矿质元素含量的影响

摘    要:以广玉兰为试材,采用盆栽方法,配制3种不同pH值(3.0、4.0、5.0)的模拟酸雨溶液对幼苗进行浇灌处理,分析了不同pH值的酸雨对幼苗叶中矿质元素含量的影响.结果表明:盆栽广玉兰幼苗经模拟酸雨浇灌处理后,幼苗叶中矿质元素含量受到一定程度的影响;3种酸雨处理的幼叶中P、Mg、S含量均较对照有所增加,Ca、Zn、Mn、Ni、Cd含量均下降,N、Fe、Cu、Pb变化趋势相同,即都是pH3.0处理含量增加,pH4.0和pH5.0处理下降;C、K、Al含量不随酸雨pH值改变而变化,其中C含量pH3.0、pH4.0处理增加,pH5.0处理下降;K含量pH3.0和pH5.0处理下降,pH4.0处理增加;Al含量pH3.0、pH5.0处理增加,pH4.0处理略微减少.该项研究可为南方城市绿化树种的选择提供理论依据.

Abstract:Potted Magnolia grandiflora seedlings were treated with simulated acid rain of three different pH concentrations(3.0,4.0, 5.0)so as to study the effects on its mineral element contents in leaves.The results show that each of the mineral element contents varied to a certain extent after the treatment.The contents of Phosphorus,Magnesium and Sulphur were relatively higher than those without treatment but the contents of Calcium,Zinc,Manganese,Nickel and Cadmium were lower.The content variation of Nitrogen,Iron,Copper and Lead had the same trend as rising with the pH3.0 treatment and falling down with the pH4.0 and pH5.0 treatments.The contents of Carbon,Potassium and Aluminum did not change along with the gradient of pH concentration.Separately,Carbon content increased under the pH3.0 and pH4.0 treatments while decreased under the pH5.0 treatment;Potassium content ascended under the pH4.0 treatment and descended under the pH3.0 and pH5.0 treatments;and Aluminum content rose under the pH3.0 and pH5.0 treatment but went down under the pH5.0 treatment.This study may offer a basic theory for choosing greening tree species in southern cities.
