| 摘 要： | 本研究揭示了柔嫩艾美耳球虫感染可以引起鸡肠炎沙门氏菌感染的复发。复发的主要表现为盲肠内容物的肠炎沙门氏菌阳性率和数量再次显著地升高;肠炎沙门氏菌在盲肠中的滞留时间显著延长。这种复发与肠炎沙门氏菌的初始感染量及球虫感染时间有关。肝脏和脾脏阳性率无显著变化。

| Abstract: | Four experiments were conducted to determine the effect of Eimeria tenella infec- tion on the recrudescence of Salmonella enteritidis in previously infected chickens.Significant recrudescence of cecal colonization in the birds challenged with E.tenella was observed at 3wk after S.enteritidis infection in Experiment1,at 3 and 4 wk in Experiment 2,and at 3, 4,and 5wk in Experiments 3 and 4.The recrudescence was indicated by the increase of cecal S.enteritidis counts and by higher S.enteritidis positive rate.T... |
