| 摘 要： | 数控技术是制造业实现自动化、柔性化、集成化生产的基础。现代的CAD/CAM、FMS和CIMS、敏捷制造和智能制造等,都是建立在数控技术之上。数控技术是提高产品质量和劳动生产率必不可少的物质手段,是国防现代化的重要战略物质,是国际技术和商业贸易的重要构成。为此,在对我国数控行业现状和发展趋势、数控人才的现状和需求及培养教育进行综合分析的基础上,提出了加快我国数控人才培养及数控教育的诸多措施。

| Abstract: | Digital control technology is the basis to reach automatic,flexible and integration manufacturing. Present CAD/CAM,FMS,CIMS,celerity manufacture and brainpower are set up on the basis of digital control technology.Digital control technology is absolutely necessary physical means,important strategic matter of national defence modernization and important composition of international technology and business.On the basis of comprehensive analysis on the status and developing trend of digital control industry,status and demand for the people with digital control ability and its straining,this article suggests some measures on how to train the persons with digital control ability and how to improve digital control education. |
