黄瓜倍性鉴定方法的研究

摘    要: 以黄瓜未受精子房培养的再生植株群体为材料, 研究和比较了几种倍性鉴定方法。结果表明:体细胞染色体计数法是最可靠的直接方法; 体细胞染色中心大小、异染色质数目以及保卫细胞叶绿体数目与黄瓜倍性密切相关, 是有效的间接方法; 不同倍性植株在长势、花冠形态、花粉粒及结籽等方面有明显差异, 也能间接确定植株倍性。

Abstract:Various methods for ploidy determination were investigated and evaluated in cucumber. The results indicated that chromosome counting was the most reliable and precise method, however, it was cumbersome and required skilled cytological techniques; The chromocenter size, heterochromatin number, guard cell chloroplast number and certain plant morphological characteristics have close corelationships with ploidy levels, and are simple and practical methods for ploidy determination but with some shortages.
