摘    要:以赤子爱胜蚓(Eiseniafoetida)为研究对象,以自然发酵的猪粪为环境基质,研究了重金属Cu、Cr和Cd对蚯蚓体重和体内纤维素酶活性的影响。结果表明,Cu、Cr和Cd均可导致蚯蚓体重下降,并且随各污染物浓度的增加和暴露时间的延长,蚯蚓体重下降幅度增大,蚯蚓体内纤维素酶活性受到抑制,但不同重金属、同一重金属不同浓度对蚯蚓纤维素酶活力的作用效应不同。可见猪粪重金属污染对蚯蚓具有潜在的危害性,在利用蚯蚓对畜粪进行资源化处理中应引起注意。

Abstract:Effects of Cu,Cr and Cd contained in pig manure on earthworms'(Eisenia foetida) weights and cellulase activities in the bodies were studied.The manure used as environmental substrate was fermented naturally.The result showed that Cu,Cr and Cd could decrease the weights of the earthworms.However,with the concentrations of the heavy metals and exposed duration increasing,the loss of weight for the animal occurred more heavily.In the meantime,Cu,Cr and Cd could inhibit the activities of cellulase in the earthworms,and the effects of different heavy metals or heavy metals of different concentrations to the activities of cellulase were varied.It was suggested that pollution of pig manure with heavy metals cause potential danger on the earthworms,and more attentions be paid to disposal of the animal manure resources by means of earthworms.
