| 摘 要： | 1981-2000年，全省累计完成人工用材林和工业原料林建设面积204万hm^2，其中：速丰林基地累计完成48万hm^2，建成毛竹丰产基地40万hm^2，新开发优良油茶面积0.11万hm^2，发展果树和其它经济林面积17.7万hm^2。发展的对策措施：明确发展思路，制定宏观规划，调整要素配置，活化造林机制，制定扶持政策，促进持续发展。

| Abstract: | The whole province have already totally completed construction area of 2040 000hm 2 of man made forest and industry raw material forest from 1981 to 2000,including:the total completion of 480 000hm 2 running forest base.the building of 400 000hm 2 mao bamboo high yield base,the newly exploition of 1100hm 2 fine oil-tea camellia,the development of 177 000hm 2 fruit tree and other economic forest.Developing countermeasure:making clear developing thinking,fomulating macro-control,adjusting disposition of key element,stimulating mechanism of offorestation,formulating policy of support and promoting continued development. |
