赤霉素对柚木种实发芽率的影响

摘    要:在 35℃高温条件下 ,赤霉素可促进柚木种实提早发芽、提高发芽率。在黑暗条件下 ,当赤霉素浓度低于 10 0mg·L- 1时发芽率较高 ,可达 80 %以上 ,且其种子腐烂率明显较低 ( 8.6% ) ,同时发芽指数也较高。播种后 2周时 ,光照强度是影响发芽率的主要因素之一。未经处理的柚木种实在黑暗条件下催芽效果较好 ,而石灰浸泡处理对催芽效果不明显。

Abstract:Gibberellin exerts stimulative effect on germi nation of teak. Under th e temperature of 35 ℃, gibberellin improves seeds' germination rate and speed. In dark, low concentration of gibberellin (less than 100mgL-1, includi ng control t reatment) resulted in higher germination rate (more than 80%), lower rotten rate of seed (8.6%) and higher germination index. Light intensity is one of the majo r factors affecting germination rate during the first two weeks of the test. Howe ver, lime seems to be helpless to germination.
