不同品种玉竹主要农艺性状及叶绿素含量对比分析

【目的】通过比较郴州地区3个不同品种玉竹物候期的农艺性状(株高、地径、叶长、叶宽)、叶绿素含量(叶绿素a、叶绿素b)的差异,来对不同品种玉竹进行种苗质量评价。【方法】以桂阳方元镇金宝村基地的三个品种玉竹作为研究对象,于物候期测定其农艺性状,并对其叶绿素含量进行比较分析。【结论】三个品种玉竹的物候期农艺性状及叶绿素水平呈显著差异,其中高禾尾参生长性状表现较好,叶绿素含量较高,种质优势明显。

Comparative analysis of main agronomic characters and chlorophyll content of different varieties of Polygonatum odoratum

【Objective】 By comparing the agronomic traits (plant height, ground diameter, leaf length, leaf width) and chlorophyll content (chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b) of three different varieties of Polygonatum odoratum in Chenzhou area, the quality of different varieties of Polygonatum odoratum seedlings was evaluated. 【Methods】 Three varieties of Polygonatum odoratum, Fangyuan Town, Guiyang were selected as the research objects, and their agronomic characters were determined at phenological stage, and their chlorophyll contents were compared and analyzed. 【Conclusion】 There were significant differences in the phenological agronomic traits and chlorophyll levels of the three varieties of Polygonatum odoratum, among which the growth traits of the three varieties were better, the chlorophyll content was higher, and the germplasm dominance was obvious.
