新农村雨洪管理及利用适用技术体

随着新农村建设的推进，对其生态环境的改善和对水的需求势必不断提高。而在许多地区的农村，水资源本来就十分紧缺,因此，将雨洪管理纳入总体规划，有效控制当地雨洪径流、面源污染和水土流失，合理、充分地开发利用雨水资源，化害为利，对新农村建设具有十分重要的意义。通过对农村雨洪管理与利用现状的分析，在现代城市暴雨管理科学体系的基础上，结合新农村的特点提出一套适合新农村的雨洪管理及利用技术体系，并且通过具体示范项目——北京市昌平区菩萨鹿生态村的雨洪管理及其资源化的设计进行说明。

Storm Water Management and Utilization Technique for New Countryside

Along with the development of new countryside construction, the demands for water use and the improvement of ecological environment will increase gradually. However, in nanny rural areas water resources are scarce. So, it is very important for the construction of new countryside to include the storm water management into overall planning and to control the storm water runoff, nonpoint source pollution, and water and soil erosion, h is also very important to explore and use the rainwater of this area fully and transform harm into benefit. The article analyzes the current situation of storm water management and rainwater harvest in the countryside, and proposes a new technical system of storm water management according to the peculiarity of new countryside, which suits for the new countryside construction. An illustration for the design of the storm water management and utilization is also provided on the basis of modern urban storm water management system with an example of a demonstration project--the design of storm water management and utilization project of the Pusalu Ecological Village in Changping District, Beijing City.
