| 摘 要： | 介绍了我国茧检定制度在计划经济与市场经济两种管理体制下的不同表现形式,回顾了六十年来在标准修(制)订、法制建设、检测机构的升格与合理布局等方面的变革与创新,并对中国特色的茧检定制度建设阐述了笔者的观点。

| Abstract: | This article introduced the different performance of the cocoon quality inspection under the planned economy system and the market economy system; reviewed the innovation of standard establishing, legality building, testing organization upgrading, and rational composition in the past sixty years and expanded the viewpoint of the construction of cocoon quality inspection system with Chinese characteristics. |
