双作用叶片式二次元件在车辆传动系统中的应用

摘    要:通过分析双作用叶片式二次元件的结构和工作原理,得出了应用二次元件的公交汽车传动系统的节能机理,建立了二次调节传动系统的数学模型,在非恒压网络中采用恒功率控制节能制动方式,对二次调节传动系统的动态性能进行了仿真研究,结论表明应用二次调节技术能够回收和重新利用系统的制动动能,减小了系统的装机容量,实现了节能降耗。

Abstract:The principle of double-action vane secondary component and its application was studied. The size and position of windows for oil discharge and entry are changed to achieve changes of flux and oil flowing direction. Under the variable pressure system, the energy saving theory of vehicle transmission system with application of the double-action vane-type secondary component was analyzed,the mathematical model of the bus hydrostatic transmission system has been set up, then the simulations of the performance of the transmission system has been conducted through the way which are adopted to reclaim the bus inertial energy by constant-power control. Simulation results show that the pressure of the system is not constant , and there is no energy transmitting between the secondary component and the vehicle engine. The inertial energy can be reclaimed and reused in the system by the application of the secondary regulation technology, and the power of the system can be reduced.
