| 摘 要： | 本文应用单克隆抗体光荧光免疫技术检测来自省内产分鸡场，珍珠鸡场，山鸡场和鹧鸪场的送检病死鸡病料，结果表明：法氏囊病阳性率为２９．６５％，发病日龄介地７到９０日龄之间，死亡率０－１５％，应用单克隆抗体治疗效果良好。

| Abstract: | Partial sick fowl from 171 thousands wings of chicken, pearl fowl, shanfowl andpartridge sent from all over the province were detected by Monoclone Fluorescent Antibody. Theresults show that the positive rate was 29. 65%. Fowl often infect the disease from the age of 7to 90 days, and the mortality rate was from 0 to 15%. The therapeutic effect is good by monoclone antibody. |
