| 摘 要： | 对４个苹果短枝型品种及其相应的起源品种的花粉形态进行比较研究发现：（１）苹果花粉形状较相似，但大小存在着差异，所测品种中普遍表现为短枝型品种的花粉显著小于起源品种；（２）苹果品种花粉粒表面纹饰较复杂，主要分两类：红星和新红星属于同一类型，其花粉粒表面为网状纹饰；而金帅、金矮生；青香蕉、烟青；印度，绿光同属于一个类型，其花粉粒表面为条纹纹饰，走向与极轴基本平行；（３）短枝型品种花粉中出现异型花粉；（４）苹果花粉在形态构造上属于ＮＰＣ系统中的Ｎ３Ｐ４Ｃ２类型。

| Abstract: | Scanning electron microscopic observation on morphological characteristics of eight apple supr types and original varieties. The results are as follows: (1) The pollen shape of apple varieties are stable. But, there are significant difference in pollen size of apple varieties. The size of pollen of supr types are smaller than the original varieties. (2) The types of pollen surface sculpture are various and be divided into two class: Red star, Starkrimson have reticulate sculpture and Golden delicious, Gold spur, White winter pearmain, Yangqing, Indo, Luguang have stiate sculpture. The taxis paralled with polar axis. (3) There are heteromorphic pollen in some of apple supr types varieties. (4) The pollen of apple varieties belong to N 3P 4C 2 in merphological. |
