| 摘 要： | 对建三江城市土地利用现状与问题进行了分析,制定了绿地生态布局结构目标与原则,确定规划布局结构。结果表明:将建三江城市的林、水、绿三大生态要素合理组织,形成一廊、两环、三楔、绿网的绿色生态格局,建立完善的绿地生态系统;通过对绿地进行合理分类,使其生态功能突出、配置合理,形成生态和谐、环境优美、富有活力的生态城市。
