摘    要:通过离体叶片接种、形态学鉴定和分子鉴定,确定阿月浑子褐斑病病原菌为链格孢(A.alternaria)。并在离体条件下测定并比较了5种常用杀菌剂对该病原菌的抗菌活性。结果表明:苯醚甲环唑对该病菌菌丝生长的抑制活性最高,其EC50为0.924 mg/L,其次是甲基托布津和代森锰锌;百菌清对该病菌分生孢子萌发的抑制活性最高,其EC50为0.272 mg/L,其次是甲基托布津和代森锰锌;多菌灵对病原菌菌丝生长和分生孢子萌发的抑制活性均较低。

Abstract:A.alternaria was identified through pathogenic test,morphological characters and molecular identification.The sensitivities of A.alternaria to 5 fungicides were determined in vitro.The results showed that difenoconazole had relatively higher activity against mycelial growth of A.alternaria than other fungicides,and its 50% effective concentration(EC50)values was 0.924 mg/L,followed by Mancozeb and thiophanate-methyl.Chlorothalonil had the highest negative effect on spore germination of the pathogens test,an...
