蝴蝶兰组培苗出瓶的研究

摘    要:对蝴蝶兰组培苗出瓶的最佳驯化时间和出瓶基质进行了研究。结果表明:蝴蝶兰瓶苗最佳驯化天数以10~15 d为佳,驯化15 d成活率达到97%,驯化10 d成活率为89%;栽培基质以水草为最佳,成活率达到98.7%,椰糠次之,达到71.2%。

Abstract:The best domesticated time and cultivation matrix of tissue culture seedling of Phalaenopsis amabilis were studied.The results showed that Phalaenopsis amabilis bottle seedling best domestication number of days took 10~15 days as good,domesticates 15 days of survival rate to achieve 97%,domesticates 10 days of survival rate was 89%;Cultivation matrix water grass survival rate leads to achieve 98.7%,the coconut tree rice polishings next best,achieves 71.2%,therefore water grass for best cultivation matrix.
