5种药物对三角帆蚌幼蚌的急性毒性作用

为了在鱼蚌混养生产中科学使用杀虫药物提供参考数据,采用静态急性毒性法对三角帆蚌（Hyriopsis cumingii）幼蚌进行毒理学试验。5种常见药物对三角帆蚌幼蚌48hLC50、96hLC50、安全浓度（SC）,草甘膦为27.46、25.62、2.56mg/L;吡喹酮为0.4491、0.1516、0.0152mg/L;甲苯咪唑为48.47、23.12、2.31mg/L;苯扎溴铵为8.749、2.977、0.298mg/L;阿维菌素为0.0137、0.00444、0.00044mg/L。从急性毒性特征分析,5种药物对三角帆蚌幼蚌的毒性高低依次为：阿维菌素〉吡喹酮〉苯扎溴铵〉甲苯咪唑〉草甘膦。

Acute Toxicity of Five Kinds of Drugs on Hyriopsis cumingii Juveniles

The static acute toxicity test of five kinds of drugs to Hyriopsis cumingii juveniles was determined at water temperature of （27±1）℃. The median lethal concentration （LC50） of glyphosate to H. cumingii juveniles was found 27.46 mg/L to 48 h, 25.62 mg/L to 96 h, and safe concentration （SC） of 2.56 mg/L. The LC50 of praziquante was 0.4491 mg/L to 48 h, 0.1516 mg/L to 96 h, and SC of 0.0152 mg/L. The LC50 of mebendazole was 48.47 mg/L to 48 h, 23.12 mg/L to 96 h, and SC of 2.31 mg/L. The LC50 of benzalkoniam bromide was found 8.749 mg/L to 48 h, 2.977 mg/L to 96 h, and SC of 0.298 mg/L. The LC50 of avermectin was 0.0137 mg/L to 48 h, 0.00444 mg/L to 96 h, and SC of 0.00044 mg/L. The toxicity of the above-mentioned five drugs in sequence was avermectinpraziquantebenzalkoniam bromidemebendazole glyphosate.
