赤霉素和普诺马林对草莓繁殖效应的研究

摘    要:本试验用GA_3、GA_(4+7)、普诺马林、GA_3+GA_(4+7)生长调节剂对提高草莓繁殖系数的作用进行了探讨。结果表明:上述药剂均显著地提高草莓的繁殖系数,其中以GA_3效果最好。喷布时期与浓度为母株展4~8叶株龄期和50~200ppm;最佳为4叶株龄期和50~100ppm。其次,应用药剂处理比对照和摘除母株花序不仅有利提高繁苗率,而且对其子株的生长、花果的发育等,均有明显的增效作用。

Abstract:The purpose of this experienment is to study the effect of runner repro- duction by spraying growth regulators such as: GA_3, GA_(4+7). Promalin and GA_3+GA_(4+7) on the maternal plants of strawberry. The result shows that all the growth regulators mentined adove have improved the reproduction rate significantly, particular about the GA_3. The spraying time is at the period when 4 to 8 leaves with the densities of 50 to 200ppm grown on maternal plants. The most optimal result has been gained by spraying 50 to 100ppm growth regulators at the period 4 leaves of maternal plants. Compare to plucking the inflorescence of maternal plants, the spraying of growth regulators are not only conducive to improve the runner reproduction rates, but also the growth of young plants as well as the develop- ment of flowers and fruits.
