小麦两种主要防御酶的变化与抗白粉病的关系

摘    要:对3个不同抗性小麦品种接种白粉菌前后,其POD、PPO酶活性及其同工酶的变化进行了研究.结果表明,接种前POD活性免疫品种最高,高感品种最低;接种后三者POD活性均有先升高后下降的趋势.免疫与高感品种接种1d后POD活性最高,中抗品种接种2d后POD活性最高.3个不同抗性品种接种前PPO活性无明显差异,免疫、中抗、高感品种分别在接种1d、2d、3d后,其PPO活性最高,且高感品种PPO活性出现先升高后降低的趋势.小麦叶片POD同工酶共出现5条酶带,免疫品种接种前后无酶带数目增减,只有一些酶带活性变化,中抗品种接种1d新增1条酶带e5,高感品种接种1d酶带e3缺失;PPO同工酶共出现8条酶带,接种1d时均有不同酶带缺失,接种5d时高感品种的PPO同工酶谱带新增1条酶带且E5和E8酶带变宽.

Abstract:Changes of POD,PPO activity and isozyme in three wheat varieties with different resistance were studied before and after inoculating powdery mildew.The results show the following: the POD activity is the highest in the immune variety and the lowest in the susceptible variety before inoculation,and a trend of rising first then decreasing exists in the three varieties after inoculation.The immune and susceptible varieties show the highest POD activity 1day after inoculation,but the moderate one need 2 days.Th...
