参与式评估法在村级扶贫规划中的应用——以河南省南召县为例

参与式农村评估法（PRA）是关于农村发展的一套完善理论体系，有利于发挥农民在扶贫规划中的主体地位。本文从参与式评估的概念和方法出发，以国家级贫困县南召县为例，运用村民访谈法、问题树分析法分析制约贫困地区发展的突出问题，结合SWOT分析法提出了适宜的扶贫规划项目，并制定了村级发展对策。

Application of the Participatory Rural Appraisal in Village-level poverty reduction plan in Nanzhao --Taking NanZhao Country in HeNan Province as An Example

Participatory Rural Appraisal（PRA） is a sound system about the development theory of rural,which contributes to exert farmers＇ dominant position in the poverty reduction program.In this paper,we embarked from the participatory assessment＇s concept and the methods research,taking Nan Zhao County as an example,accepted the methods of villagers interview and problem tree-type to analyse the outstanding problems restricted the poor areas.Combining with SWOT analysis,we proposed appropriate poverty program and draw up a village-level development strategies.
