应用计算机系统设计提高荣昌猪选育

摘    要:系统设计计算了荣昌猪123个性状的平均数、标准差、变异系数、相关系数和处理效应等多个统计量,并估计了这些性状的遗传力、遗传相关、育种值等参数。系统设计包括数据库、统计软件包、遗传育种参数估计、性状的选育分析和饲料管理与配方优化子系统等主要内容。通过系统设计应用微机把这些内容有机地结合起来构成一个完整的荣昌猪选育提高计算机体系.

Abstract:The present paper describes a systematic design by computers for evaluation in breed-ing work of Rongchang pigs which was developed in a research programme that involedtwo sections:breeding experiments and systematic design by computers.In the breedingexperiments,observation was made of 123 traits of Rongchang pigs and about 11000 datafrom more than 400 parents and their offsprings were collected and recorded.The means,standard errors,correlation coefficients,heritability and breeding values and other sta-tistics were calculated or estimated with the systematic design.The systematic design bycomputers was made up of several reciprocally-functioned modules,including data-ba-scs,biometrical analyses,parameter estimations,breeding evaluations of selected traitsand feed management and optimal feed formula dcsign.The modules were assembled into aversitilcly-analysing software,which is offered to be applied specifically for the breedingevaluation and feed formation of Rongchang pigs and other animals in the future.
