| 摘 要： | 在国际贸易领域中环境贸易壁垒已经成为最典型的、对发展中国家影响最大的一种新的贸易保护主义措施,各国纷纷以保护环境为名行贸易保护之实.本文阐述了环境贸易壁垒的主要内容和形式,分析了环境贸易壁垒的主要特点以及环境贸易壁垒对贸易的影响,提出了突破环境贸易壁垒的对策建议.

| Abstract: | The environmental trade barriers have become a new trade protectionism measure which is the most typical and the most effect to developing countries in international trade.Every country takes actions on trade protection by the name of protecting environment.This paper analyzes main features of environmental trade barriers and their effect on trade from their main content and form,and finally puts forward the relevant countermeasures to break environmental trade barriers. |
