| 摘 要： | 锤片式粉碎机是饲料加工机械中主要耗能设备,它的性能好坏与技术参数关系极大.本文就锤片线速度、锤筛间隙、筛片包角、锤片数目、锤片尺寸和最佳负荷等主要参数进行分析研究,阐述这些参数对产量和能耗的影响.如何合理选择这些参数,对提高机器性能指标和降低成本具有重要的经济意义.

| Abstract: | Hammers mill is the main unit of energy consumption in the feed processing mechanisms.Its performance(good or bad)depends on the technique parameters.Here we had analysed and studied the main paramet- ers of hammers line speed.Hammer-screen clearance,around angle,number of hammers,hammers size and optimum load,as well as had expounded the influence on the capacity and energy consumption by these parameters.To reasonable chooseing these parameters offers high econonical significance on rising performance index of machine and redusing cost. |
