饲料中氮和糖含量对亚洲玉米螟幼虫取食的影响

摘    要:对亚洲玉米螟幼虫在含糖量为22.27%,含氮量分别为1.69%,2.25%,3.01%,3.67%,4.42%和含氮量为3.01%,含糖量分别为13.14%,16.43%,22.27%,29.66%,32.49%的两个系列人工饲料上的取食选择、速率和行为的研究结果表明,初孵幼虫嗜食高氮、低糖含量的饲料,而高龄幼虫则喜食低氮、高糖的饲料。3龄幼虫在含氮3.01%和含糖22.27%的饲料上,相对取食速率最快;5龄幼虫的相对取食速率则随所取食饲料含糖量的增加而加快。取食高氮、糖含量饲料时,5龄幼虫的首次取食前时间显著延长,12h内取食次数减少、取食总时间缩短;取食含氮3.01%,3.67%和含糖22.27%的饲料时,5龄幼虫的取食总时间最长。说明饲料中含糖量的增加有利于高龄幼虫的取食活动。

The effect of nitrogen and sugar content in diets on the feeding activity of Ostrinia furnocalis lar-vae
Abstract:The feeding selection,feeding rate and feeding behavior of larvae of Asian corn borer,Ostrinia furnacalis,on artificial diets with different nitrogen and sugar content were studied. Theresults showed that,the newly hatched larvae preferred to feeding on the diets with higher nitrogenand lower sugar content,and the older larvae preferred to feeding on the diets with lower nitrogenand higher sugar content. The relative feeding rate of 3rd instar larvae on the diet with 3. 01%ni-trogen and 22. 27%sugar content was the highesl,and that of 5th instar larvae increased with theincrease of the sugar content in diets.The 5th instar larvae showed longer duration before feeding,lower feeding frequency and shorter feeding duration when they fed on the diets with higher nitro-gen and sugar content.And the feeding durations of 5th instar larvae on the diets with 22.27%sugar and 3, 01%or 3. 67%nitrogen content were the longest.These resuIts indicated that the increase of sugar content in diets favours the feeding activity of older O.furiiacalis larvae.
