猪生殖与呼吸综合征病毒JK-100弱毒株生物学和血清学特性研究

摘    要:通过IFA、VNT和Western-Blot等血清学试验及电镜观察,证明JK-100株为PRRSV。本病毒感染MARC145细胞后,36小时的TCID_(50)最高,为10~(-7.83)。把本病毒分别保存在4℃、37℃各9天,保存在4℃9天后,TCID_(50)从10~(-7.83)下降至10~(-7.32),37℃7天已测不到效价。

Abstract:The JK-100 strain was identified as PRRSV by IFA,VNT,Westem-Blot and EM.The TCID50 was highest when MARC145 cell was infected by JK-100 after 36 hours.The virus was conserved under for days, it's titration reduced from 10-7.83 to 10-7.32, and under 37 for 7 days, it's titration can not be detected.
