| 摘 要： | 发酵工程作为生物技术专业的重点学科，是生物技术产品生产最主要的生产手段，在生物技术专业人才培养过程中占有重要地位，本文就当前发酵工程在生物技术领域发展中的重要地位做了重点分析，提出其广阔的发展前景，就其教学特点提出相应教学手段的改进措施。

| Abstract: | As the biology technology key discipline, fermentation engineering is the main means of production of biological technology product manufacturing and it play an important role in the biological technology training. This paper analyzed the important position of fermentation engineering in biological technology development, puts forward the prospect of its teaching characteristics, and put forward the corresponding treasures to improve teaching methods. |
