有机锌源对肉鸡生长性能和胫骨软骨症的影响

采用玉米－豆饼型饲粮研究有机锌源对肉鸡生长性能和胫骨软骨症（ＴＤ）的影响。结果表明，有机锌源与硫酸锌对肉鸡生长和饲料采食量均无显著影响，锌的补加提高了胫骨，中趾骨，胰Ｚｎ含量，有机锌源的补加并不影响骨灰含量，胫骨长度，不诱导肉鸡ＴＤ发病率上升。

Effect of Organic Zinc Sources on Growth and Tibial Dyschondroplasia for Chicks

An experiment was conducted with corn-soybean meal diet to investigate the effect of zinc lysine(ZnLys),zinc polysaccharide(ZnPoly),zinc proteinate(ZnPro) or zinc Sulfate (ZnSO4) on growth and tibial dyschondroplasia(TD)for chicks.Zinc level of ZnLys,ZnPoly,ZnPro or ZnSO4 was added to the basal diet(32 mg/kg Zn by determination,DM basis)Zn at 200 mg/kg,respectively.Chicks were fed for three weeks.There was no effect of growth and feed intake among treatments.Concentration of tibial,middle toe or pancreas increased as dietary zinc supplementation. Supplementation of organic zinc sources did not affect bone ash and tibial length,nor the incidence of TD for chicks.Based on retention of bone or pancreas.
