摘 要: | 从连续施用毒死蜱的土壤中分离了1株可降解毒死蜱和甲胺磷的真菌,经鉴定为木霉属,命名为木霉Y.木霉Y对毒死蜱和甲胺磷的降解效能测定结果表明:木霉Y对50mg·L-1的毒死蜱作用1d后,降解率比对照提高了19.75%,7d后达到88.53%;对500mg·L-1的毒死蜱作用1d后无降解作用,3和7d后降解率分别提高了33.75%和47.67%;对5000mg·L-1的毒死蜱作用1d后无降解作用,3和7d后降解率分别达到19.62%和21.87%;对50mg·L-1的甲胺磷作用1d后,降解率提高了41.33%,3d后即达到100%;对500mg·L-1的甲胺磷作用1d后无降解作用,3和7d后降解率分别达到38.58%和80.38%;对5000mg·L-1的甲胺磷无降解作用.

Degradation effects of Trichoderma Y on chlorpyrifos and methamidophos |

Abstract: | A strain fungus named Trichoderma Y was isolated from the soils pre treated with chlorpyrifos. The enhanced degradation effects of Trichoderma Y on different mass concentrations of chlorpyrifos and methamidophos were determined. The results were as follows: compared with CK, after 1 and 7 d of treatment with Trichoderma Y the degradation rates of 50 mg·L-1 chlopyrifos increased by 19.75% and 88.53%, respectively; after 1, 3, 7 d of treatment, degradation rates of 500 mg·L-1 chlopyrifos increased by 33.75% and 47.67%, respectively; after 1, 3, 7 d of treatment, degradation rates of 5000 mg·L-1 chlopyrifos increased by 19.62% and 21.87%, respectively; after 1, 3 d of treatment, degradation rates of 50 mg·L-1 methamidophos increased by 41.33% and 100%, respectively; after 1, 3, 7 d of treatment, degradation rates of 500 mg·L-1 methamidophos increased by 38.58% and 80.38%, respectively; but Trichoderma Y had no degradation effect on 5000 mg·L-1 methamidophos. |
