摘    要:用陕西省紫阳县双安产富硒玉米饲喂山羊引起中毒后,测定了全血硒含量,谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性(GSH-Px)红细胞(RBC)血红蛋白(Hb)结果表明,全血硒含量变化与临床症状相致,可作为硒中毒病的诊断指标;血硒含量与RBC,Hb呈弱负相关,与GSH-Px活性有试验前30d呈正相关,试验40d后呈负相关,GSH-Px活性变化与临床症状出现时间不一致,仅可作为山羊硒中毒病诊断的参考指标。

Abstract:The variations of selenium content,red blood cell (RBC),hemoglobin (Hb),glutathione peroxidase activity (GSH-Px) in blood and their correlation were studied when goats were poisoning because of feeding with maize planded on Se toxic land,Shuangan,Ziyang county,Shaanxi province.The results showed that variation of Se content could be considered as a diagnostic index for Se poisoning in goats due to it is correspond with clinical sympotoms.The results also showed that there were negative correlations between Se content and RBC,Hb and GSH-Px of blood after 40 day experment,but it was positive correlation before experment.The variation of GSH-Px in blood could be considered as a diagnostic reference index for Se poisoning in goats,because of inconsistent expressing time of clinical sympotoms.
