| 摘 要： | 应用Ｎｉｔ突变体技术，对陕西９种寄主作物上的３８个大丽轮枝孢丽系进行了营养体亲和性研究。结果表明，３８个菌系中２个未产生Ｎｉｔ突变体，２个未产生Ｎｉｔ１和Ｎｉｔｍ突变体，其余３４个菌系产生了Ｎｉｔｌ突变体，其中８个又产生了Ｎｉｔｍ突变体。对３４个菌系进行营养体亲和性测定结果分为４个亲和群（ＶＣＧ）。不同亲和群菌系致病力和寄主来源存在差异。

| Abstract: | The vegetative compatibility of thirty-eight wild-type strains of Verticillium dahliae,isolated from 9 different host-plant species in Shaanxi province by (Nit)mutant technique. Thirty-four strains of V. dahliae were classified into 4 vegetative compatibility groups,one was assigned to VCG1,thirty-one to VCG2,one to VCG5,one to VCG6. The VCG2 was further subdivided into VCG2A, and VCG2B. The other four strains could not be tested for vegetative compatibility because of their inability to yield Nit mutants on a chlorate-cotaining medium. The various V-C groups showed significant differences in virulence and host origin. |
