| 摘 要： | 昆虫天然产物斑蝥素有明显的抗肿瘤,利尿,发泡等临床医疗作用,其抗癌机制表现在抑制癌细胞蛋白质合成,降低癌素激素水平,提高机体免疫功能等方面,斑蝥素的化学合成较为困难,生物合成前体物质主要是法呢醇。

| Abstract: | China is one of the earliest country in utilization of cantharidin resource insects in the world,it was recorded in "Shen Nong Ben Cao Jing" in the 1st 22nd century B. C..The madical value of the in sects was recognized scientificaly during the application process more than 2 000 years in this country.The achievements of recent research on cantha rid in were mainly on its chemical structure and biosynthesis in Europe and America respectively,and its anti-cancer mechanism in China.The selection of substitutes and utilization of nature resource of cantharidin are the popular studies in recent years.Up to now,it has been known that 52 species insects belong to 3 families containing cantharidin in the world.Some problem sin utilization of resource are also summed up in this paper. |
