青海高原粮食矿质元素背景值综合分析

摘    要:研究报道了青海高原主要粮食作物小麦、青稞、蚕豆和豌豆中18种矿质元素的背景值,并对其进行综合分析。结果表明,青海高原地理范围广,种类粮食所有元素的含量变幅较大;不同种类粮食的大多数元素的含量差异极显著;同一作物不同品种之间元素含量无显著差异。粮食矿质元素的含量主要决定行作物生长的土壤环境。人体必需的微量营养元素铜、锌、铁和硒的含量偏低。

Abstract:In this paper,the background values of 18 mineral elements in wheat,highland barley,broad bean and pea grown in Qinghai plateau have been analysed.The results showed that the change of the mineral element content in the grains ranges from several to dozen times due to the vast range. There are significant differences among different crops but there isn''t any significant differences among cultivars of the same crop. The mineral element content of grains depends mainly on their growing soil environment. The contents of copper, zinc,iron and selenium which are necessary for human are lower.
