摘    要:传统黑板机用于生丝检验存在丝片宽度不准确、无丝条数记数,以及不能同时检测纤度和丝长等局限。研制的智能调控多用生丝黑板机将螺杆上锥体触压开关改为电子自动计数,实现智能调控,提高了清洁、洁净以及均匀度检测的准确性,并且能同时检测纤度、纤度最大开差、纤度均方差和丝长。

Abstract:The traditional seriplane has some shortcomings in raw silk test, such as uncertain of skein width, no record on the number of yarn tested, and size and length of cocoon filament not been tested simultaneously, etc. Here, we developed a new seriplane with intelligent control and multi-purpose utilization through using electronic counting automatically equipment substitute for cone switch on the screw. The new seriplane improves the accuracy of test of cleanness, neatness, and evenness. Meanwhile, size, maximum size difference, average size difference and length of cocoon filament can be detected simultaneously.
