| 摘 要： | 本文利用2003-2006年全国农村固定观察点的数据,实证分析了我国农村劳动力外出就业活动圈的基本情况.研究发现:由于收入和风险的影响,农村劳动力倾向于就近外出就业;同时,年龄、性别、区位、教育等因素,对农村劳动力外出就业活动圈有显著影响.

| Abstract: | Based on the data collected from stable survey in countryside over the period of 2003 and 2006,the paper analyze the employment scope of rural labor in China.The studies indicated that rural labor tend to find jobs in the nearest areas because of income and risks.At the same time,Factors like age,gender,region and education have a notable impact on the employment scope of rural labor. |
