| 摘 要： | 宁南山区在实施退耕还林 (草 )工程中 ,针对在总体目标中的综合治理及治理目的等问题 ,结合宁南山区退耕还林 (草 )工作的实际 ,探讨性地提出适地适树适生境、充分发挥现代科技的作用、严格计划生育政策以及建全政策保障体系等建议。

| Abstract: | The conversion of farmland to forestland or grassland is a challenging ecological project in mountain regions of south Ningxia.Much attention should be intensively focused on the existing problems..Integrated with the actualities,this paper proposed a few pieces of advice of sustainable development:acceptable tree species in local soil and ecological environment,strongly sustaining application of the modern science and technology,strict policy of family planning,all-around security system. |
