摘    要:介绍了汽车与拖拉机工况模拟试验台的设计。模拟试验台采用电机来代替发动机驱动,具有较强的可控性,有利于实现不同的工况;试验台硬件结构采用模块化和分层控制设计方法,各级之间采用CAN总线连接,具有较好的可控性与可扩展性;测控软件采用虚拟仪器技术开发。分析了系统驱动模块及控制方法,为汽车与拖拉机硬件在环系统提供了理论基础和模拟依据。

Abstract:This paper describes the design of the status of the automobile and tractor simulation test bench,which used to replace the engine-driven to motor,and it has a strong controllability,which adapts to different working conditions.The modular method and hierarchical control mode is adopted in test bench hardware structure designing,CAN bus is used to connect each of the controllers.,it has better controllability and expansibility.The software of test bench is developed based on the Virtual Instrument Technology.The paper analyzes the system drive module and the control methods,which provide a theoretical basis and simulation basis for the automobile and tractor hardware in-the-loop system.
