笹优418与亲本生育后期叶片部分生理性状的研究

摘    要:研究了杂交水稻笹优418及其亲本生育后期叶片中的某些生理性状。结果表明:与亲本相比,笹优418的叶绿素含量和硝酸还原酶活性较高,有助于提高碳氮利用效率;高水平的FBPase活性有利于光合产物的运转;保护酶(SOD,CAT,POD)活性和激素(IAA,GAs,ZR)水平较高有助与延长叶片功能期。这可能是笹优418具有产量优势的生理基础。

Abstract:The physiological characters of flag leaves of hybrid rice Tiyou 418 and it's parents were studied during grain filling stage. The results were showed: Tiyou 418 had high chlorophyll content and NR activity, which helped to increase the efficiency of C and N; the high level of FBPase conduced to photosynthate transportation; high levels of protective enzyme (SOD,CAT,POD) activity and hormones (IAA,GAs,ZR) helped to prolong the functional periods. These factors above may be the physiological basis of high yield.
