中国茶叶深加工产业发展趋势

摘    要:本文简要回顾了我国茶叶深加工产业的发展的历程,剖析了茶叶深加工领域当前面临的质量安全、品质、成本、效益等问题,概述了有效解决这些问题的技术体系。同时,介绍了依托技术创新,值得开发的10个颇具市场潜力的新产品。最后,就中国茶叶深加工产业可持续发展提出了自己的观点。

Abstract:In this paper, the developing course and current situation of the industry of tea comprehensive processing in China was reviewed briefly. The key issues which block the progress of this industry, such as quality, safety, production cost and benefi t, were also discussed. Author summarized the new technologies and their application in extraction, isolation and purification of functional ingredients from tea, which are good for solve the current problems.
